Guest flights are flown weekends between 13h00 and 17h00 and on most Fridays between 10h00 and 16h00, weather permitting. Reservations should be made by sheduling a flight ahead of time using the button below, or by contacting this number, or finding it on our contact page.
Please be advised that all participants need to complete our waiver prior to engaging in any GLGC activities.
Guest Flight Package Options
Single Guest Flights
Flight vouchers are also referred to as introductory instructional flight vouchers.
Participants are towed to 3000 feet (914 meters) above the ground (weather permitting) in a two-seat glider. Your pilot will release the tow rope and demonstrate the marvels of soaring and motorless flight through the quiet air. With some skill, your pilot will demonstrate how a glider can stay airborne for hours by cheating the laws of gravity using the laws of thermal dynamics (hot air rises). An introductory guest flight lasts approximately 17-30 minutes depending on the weather conditions.

Mile High Guest Flights
The premium Mile High guest flight is towed to one mile (5280 feet or 1609 meters) above ground. This allows for great views and a longer flight normally between 25 and 45 minutes.
Cost $420.00 HST incl.
Five-Flight Package
The five-flight package allows for a discount for large groups or families. The package may be shared by a group of friends or family.
This is also is a great way for someone who thinks they would like to learn the sport to take a few flights at a reduced rate without having to commit to a full club membership. Should you decide to continue, your monies paid will be added to your account and flights recalculated at member rates.

Things to Know
- Flight participants must sign a waiver prior to boarding the aircraft. There is a passenger weight limit of 240 lbs (108 kg).
- Flying operations are safety and weather dependent and may be rescheduled or delayed without notice.
- When buying a flight voucher, enter the recipient's name (optional) if you would like that name on the voucher.
- Flight vouchers will be sent by email to the purchaser's email address. Please ensure the accuracy of your email address.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal secure website for payment processing. A PayPal account is not required as you can complete the transaction using your credit card information.
- PayPal is the safest and most secure method of online payment available today. GLGC does not collect or store your credit card number or personal information. PayPal will provide your email address to allow us to email your flight voucher(s). You may visit PayPal's website for further information.
